• Whilst all reasonable care will be taken onboard the yacht, El Mundo Cruises cannot, and will not, be held responsible for any accident, injury, personal or financial loss or otherwise incurred whilst partaking in any and all activities onboard the vessel.
• Safety of personal belongings are the responsibility of the owner and no claims against El Mundo will be considered for the damage or loss thereof.
• All guests requiring special needs or dietary considerations are required to inform El Mundo management prior to departure.
• PLEASE NOTE: As per the local UAE Coast Guard laws, all passengers departing on a cruise with El Mundo are required to bring an original as well as a copy of a form of photographic identity (UAE Driver licence, passport, etc.)Any persons not conforming to these requirements will unfortunately not be allowed to sail.
